The HR Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team with the facilitation of the full employee life cycle processes including onboarding and new hire orientation; performance management; employee relations; compensation planning; open enrollment support; HR compliance reporting requirements, and talent development and management, relocation, offboarding, etc. Come join our team!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and the functional HR teams in providing high-quality support to the business leadership and individual Team Members.
- Ensure efficient handling of the onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations regarding files and records of current and former employees.
- Manage and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee files and records.
- Assist with monitoring and handling of inquiries received by the HR department and communicate/escalate issues or concerns to the HR Business Partners.
- Partnering with the HRIS and other HR colleagues, prepare HR reports and analytics efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to address employee needs and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence and scheduling meetings.
- Demonstrate high-quality standards of behavior by demonstrating respect & integrity in the workplace including but not limited to collaboration, effective communication, professional demeanor/appearance, and attendance/presence in meetings and job sites.
- Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 3 days per week working onsite at a Cumming Group Office is required.
Preferred Education And Experience
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Experience: Advanced MS Office skills are required, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel.
Prior Experience With Workday Is Strongly Preferred.
Preferred Certification: Professional HR Certification (HRCI, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is preferred.

The salary range for this full-time role is $66,600.00-$84,333.34 per year. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
