Position Overview

This Graphic Design role will primarily focus on production work across email, digital and print executions. A strong working knowledge of InDesign is required. The ability to work at a high level within a very heavy production environment with shifting priorities is expected.

Primary Responsibilities

• Production of printed flyers, emails and various other communications and creative deliverables.
• Actively take part in the efforts to drive Creative team initiatives and goals.
• Uphold the Ollie’s message with continuity throughout all platforms in alignment with the brand style guide.
• Raise awareness of departmental improvements and process updates as necessary.
• Minor product photography in preparation for ads.
• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design (retail preferred) or related field is required.
• Extensive knowledge of MAC computer system, InDesign, Photoshop, & Illustrator.
• Animation skills are a plus.
• Prior knowledge and familiarity with basic marketing and advertising functions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• High level functionality and strong communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for an extended period of time at a desk.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended period of time.
• Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.
• Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently.
• Ability to bend and twist occasionally.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
