Executive Assistant
Role Summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and COO. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, and performing various tasks to ensure the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with high attention to detail, strong organizational skills and someone with a strong ability to anticipate day to day business needs.
This role will be onsite out of our HQ office located in El Segundo, CA.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Century Group’s CEO and COO
- Manage personal and business calendars, prioritizing meetings and coordinating with attendees
- Schedule and arrange companywide travel arrangements as well as personal travel, itineraries and accommodations
- Serve as a liaison between Executives and both internal and external contacts for both personal and business needs
- Plan, coordinate and keep contents of a meeting focused. Assign actionable tasks to employees based on meeting outcome.
- Create and review correspondence on behalf of Executives
- Gather information and prepare presentations and reports
- Track business and personal expenses
- Manage and update information such as contacts, clients, etc.
- Handle confidential information accordingly on behalf of the Executive Team
- Assist with office management, coordinate with vendors, and outside providers
- Oversee the sales administrative support team and provide support when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience in a management/executive supporting role
- Strong Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highest level of integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Strong proficiency and aptitude for technology and business programs
