Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to oversee all aspects of our email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for producing and executing email and SMS campaigns, managing the email marketing calendar, conducting A/B tests, and analyzing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in email marketing, excellent copywriting skills, and proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Email & SMS Campaign Management: Produce and execute email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, quality assurance, and scheduling.
- Support strategic campaigns through manual and triggered email/SMS across the customer lifecycle.
- Build effective target audiences and segments to drive engagement and revenue performance.
- Manage and execute the email/SMS marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Use customer data to personalize messages and content.
- Devise and execute A/B tests, manage the testing calendar, and record results.
- Collaborate with designers to optimize email creative and template structure.
- Monitor email and SMS frequency to minimize database churn.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports.
- Content Creation & Coordination: Create compelling content for email campaigns, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with designers to ensure email templates and visuals align with brand standards and campaign goals.
- Product Listing/Inventory Update: Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of product listings and inventory updates.Social Media/Community Management: Manage social media accounts and community interactions to support and enhance email marketing efforts.Strategy & Analysis: Identify trends and strategies from leading brands to keep email marketing practices up-to-date.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing email marketing programs.Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and content management systems.Excellent written communication skills.
Job Details
Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
Working Days: Monday – Friday(Saturday Alternates)
Job Timings: 3 pm – 12 am
Job Type: Full-time
