The Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with executive level decision makers in NCR Digital Insight’s top tier clients, building true partnerships for the specific purpose of contractual continuity and increasing revenue generation through the sale of additional products and services.


The Digital Strategy Manager will be assigned a territory comprised of approximately 12-15 NCR Digital Insight clients. A revenue quota is assigned to each territory. The accounts in this territory are in the Midwest to Southeast-US.


Key Responsibilities


  • You are running a business measured by revenue - with revenue retention and growth goals achieved through marketing programs, add on business and collaboration with clients to drive innovation plans against strategy.
  • A consultative engagement style is critical to success in this position.
  • Quarterly meetings onsite to review current programs and conduct analysis of current business processes with an effort towards securing multiple product relationships to enhance renewal chances. Additional meetings as opportunity presents the need. Travel is likely 50%+
  • Responsible for educating clients on the business benefits of NCR Digital Insight ' products and services.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for specific recommendations for programs, services, and products.
  • Responsible for generating revenue in assigned accounts by securing sales of add-on products deemed as strategic products and by creating and managing strategies to improve end user adoption and bill pay penetration.
  • Negotiate pricing on renewals, products, and services both internally and externally.
  • Maintain an expertise on NCR Digital Insight ' products and services by participation in official training programs as well as self-education on a continuing basis.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client while coordinating NCR Digital Insight resources required to service the clients and deliver products.
  • Attend conferences as required to network, establish and maintain relationships.
  • Represent NCR Digital Insight at trade shows.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry or technology software industry in a sales and/or account management role with demonstrated revenue quota achievement
  • Superior communication skills up to the C level with ability to facilitate establishing executive level relationships with clients
  • Prior experience in banking or credit union space - either as a practitioner or vendor to the industry.
  • Well versed in consultative, solutions-based selling.
  • Experience with relationship management or sales, including strong business acumen, strategic planning skills, and operations/escalation management.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous projects in multiple customers.
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently from remote locations.
  • SaaS/PaaS Software Solution selling experience
