About the Role




HMTX is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity within the greater Atlanta area. This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented professional with strong expertise in digital channels, content development, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in SEO, paid advertising, content strategy, and email marketing—with a proven ability to drive engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

Location: Remote



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and display advertising channels
  • Optimize website user experience and lead conversion performance
  • Create and distribute engaging digital content, including blogs, videos, and case studies
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Analyze digital performance using Google Analytics and other tools; provide actionable insights
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective

Qualifications




  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within B2B environments
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content, and email marketing
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field



Work Details




  • Full-time schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
  • Remote within the greater Atlanta area
  • Some evening meetings or occasional overnight travel may be required
  • Light physical activity including lifting up to 25 lbs and extended screen time



Compensation




This position offers a salary range of $55,000 – $70,000 annually, plus potential for a yearly bonus. Final compensation is dependent on experience, education, location, and other job-related factors.
