This job requires the ability to work efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced office environment. You must be able to work well with others, as well as working well autonomously. This role is 100% onsite and there is a 90-day probationary period. Job Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the manager ensuring department operational efficiency. Collect, maintain & track department paperwork Order parts & materials for jobs Communicate with customers through email and telephone Answer phones, route calls to specific people, and take and relay messages Converse with field technicians & in scheduling work. Inputs billing information for accounting to generate invoices to customers Prepare and submit proposals to customers for repairs Work with alarm monitoring center to update emergency contact info & data entry Coordinate with other administrative personnel inspections, service & repairs Respond to inquiries about potential new customers Perform filing and clerical duties Disseminate information via telephone, e-mail, and websites Basic Requirements Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Strong written and communication skills & ability to multi-task. Ability to work with all levels: technicians, senior leadership, fire inspectors/marshals, regional property managers Strong organizational & customer relations skills Ability to work with immediate admin in same department Able to work independently with little or no supervision. Compensation/Benefits
- Starting Wage: $17.50
- Eligible for health, dental, & vision insurances the first of the month following 60 days, as well as other voluntary coverages such as cancer, STD, accident, etc.
- Eligible for sick leave and holiday pay after 90-day probationary period.
- Company pays half of the premium for LTD
- Company provides $25,000 life insurance after 90 days
- One week of vacation time after one year of employment. Two weeks thereafter.
- Eligible for 401k after one year of employment.
