Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager
Locations: Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Chicago, Virginia Beach, Richmond (Hybrid/In-Store Presence Preferred)

Content is at the heart of that transformation, and we need a Creative Content & Digital Marketing Manager to help lead the charge.

Requirements
What You'll Do
Create & Lead High-Impact Content
- Develop a bold, modern content strategy across social media and digital platforms.
- Film, edit, and post engaging short-form video & photo content that connects with real shoppers.
- Be on the ground in stores, capturing new arrivals, storytelling, and in-the-moment content.
- Write compelling copy for ads, landing pages, in-store promotions, and social posts.
- Stay ahead of social trends, digital marketing innovations, and AI tools to keep us competitive.
Drive Engagement & Sales
- Manage social campaigns and retargeting efforts to maximize reach.
- Use Zoho Social, Hootsuite, or other tools to monitor and engage with customers.
- Optimize content based on data insights, adjusting strategies for higher engagement.
- Work closely with designers, photographers, and store teams to execute content.
Expand Our Brand & Influence
- Guide store teams on content creation for promotions and new product arrivals.
- Collaborate with vendors & brand partners to amplify exposure.
- Grow the CTO's LinkedIn presence, gaining firsthand exposure to executive branding & business strategy.
- Manage content across key social platforms:
- TikTok
- Facebook (multiple store pages + private shopper group)
- LinkedIn (branding + hiring content)
- Optional expansion: Pinterest, SMS marketing
Who You Are
- A natural storyteller & content creator-you see content everywhere.
- Fluent in social media & digital marketing-from TikTok to paid ad campaigns.
- Strong in video & photography-comfortable filming, editing, and producing content.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Data-driven & creative-you know what works and why.
- A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
- Experience with Google Ads, SEO, and influencer marketing is a plus.
- Bonus if you've worked with brands, retailers, or e-commerce companies.
