About the job

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing social media management content strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Create an engaging and relevant content strategy for social media platforms as per the strength of each platform and the requirements of the client.
  • Adept in platform agnostic-based strategy and be able to create content that fits the criterion
  • Adept at the seamless flow of a social content strategy across platforms that also ties in to the brief objectives and KPI’s
  • Create copy , captions, and descriptors for always-on content
  • Monitor social media channels to track performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Analyze social media data to provide analysis, insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Create social media competitive analysis for different clients for research and insight purposes and base content strategies on the findings.
  • Assist in identifying and segmenting target audiences to tailor content and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with the online community of client(s) and build strong relationships with followers.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance our social media efforts.
  • Work closely with the client servicing, design, and content teams to align social media campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate on campaign planning, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor social media channels for any potential issues or crises.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field , digital agency background is a must-have.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including content creation and campaign management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.
  • Ability to analyze social media data and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and social media platform changes.
