About The Role
Come work with Esper this summer! Have an interest in SaaS start-ups, internal comms, and/or marketing initiatives and programs? Join one of the fastest growing start-ups in North America for an 8-10 week internship, in a fun hybrid office environment (in-office expectation of 3 days/week at our Bellevue, WA office). Areas of focus will include, but are not limited to:
- Internal company communications: Assist in drafting press releases, blog posts, and internal communications
- Content/digital marketing: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, digital, etc.)
- Competitive analysis: Conduct market research and assist in competitor analysis to inform strategy and document easy to use resources
- Event management: Prep sendoff materials and aid in post event reporting
The selected intern would report directly to the Partner Marketing Manager, with great levels of interaction with our Marketing and People teams.
What We’re Looking For
- A current student going into their Junior or Senior year or recent graduate with specific focus in Communications, Marketing, English, or related fields of study
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite preferred
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.) and content management systems
- Familiarity with Google Ads, search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, or other paid media a plus
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an interest in branding and storytelling
- Self-starter with strong problem solving skills, able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing or communications
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Must be located in the greater Seattle area; relocation assistance is not available for this position
Pay Range
$17-$20 per hour
