Shift: US Hours
Experience: 5+ yrs outbound sales / cold calling, 2+ yrs in a lead/manager role


About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp Cold Calling Manager to lead our outbound team. You’ll be managing reps who upsell premium offers to current clients—some deals hitting $20K+/mo. Your job? Run the floor, coach the team, tweak scripts, and push results.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team calling warm + cold leads (mostly existing clients)

  • Build/update scripts, rebuttals, objection responses

  • Track team numbers, improve conversions, beat targets

  • Run QA checks to keep calls tight and on-point

  • Train and coach reps regularly

  • Work with sales/marketing to align messaging

  • Jump in on key calls or escalations when needed

  • Hire and onboard top talent, keep the team solid


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in outbound sales + call center ops

  • Hands-on team mgmt experience (selling high-ticket offers)

  • Knows sales psychology, can build rapport fast, handle objections

  • Fast-paced environment? No problem

  • Solid leader—great with feedback, training, and motivation

  • CRM, dialer, metrics? You’re already on it


Bonus if You Have:

  • Sold to US clients before

  • Worked in B2B/B2C sales (services, SaaS, consulting, digital, etc.)
