- Handle initial client communication, proposals, and negotiations.
- Manage documentation and ensure smooth lead onboarding before project initiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project expectations.
- Track and optimize business development efforts to improve success rates.
Qualifications
- Experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and set clear expectations.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in business development or sales in the tech industry is a plus.
