About The Position
Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting & Controls
The role is based in Pakistan. The Assistant Finance Manager will cover all aspects of financial accounting and reporting including Order to Cash O2C claims management to all customers, sales finance partnering, treasury, Overheads Control, Record to Report.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You will be majorly focusing on below areas of Finance in this role
Main Responsibilities
- Order to Cash O2C - Claims Management for all customers:
- Sales Finance Partnering; Maintain Distributor ROI and Channel Profitability; Maintain discount profile of all the customers; Prepare and circulate customer P&L by region to leadership team.
- Treasury
- Overheads Control; End to End control of business overheads. Ensuring expenses remain under Target guidance.
We are looking for a Finance Manager with 3-5 years of experience in Finance. Prior experience in FMCG will be an added advantage. You should be confident with Excel, Power Point and experience with SAP is mandatory.
- An ideal candidate must have a professional qualification in Accountancy / Degree in accountancy from a recognized University together with training experience in a Big 4.
- In depth knowledge and skills in following finance areas: Net Revenue management, Budgeting and Costing, Reporting.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix organization and cross functional networks with multiple stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurship mindset in goal orientation.
- High flexibility and ability to adapt fast in dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build relations and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic approach, and strong analytical skills to assess risk and be financially savvy.
