Business Growth & Strategy

Plan & execute strategies to grow biz & boost revenue

Research market trends, analyze opps, assess potential deals
Lead Gen & Sales

Sell Good Brick to construction companies, expand customer base

Find new sales opps via cold calls, networking, social media, etc.

Generate & qualify leads, move them through the sales cycle
Client Relations & Negotiation

Build & maintain relationships with customers, partners, stakeholders

Negotiate & close deals, align contracts with company needs
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead & train biz dev team, ensure they hit targets

Review team performance, track KPIs

Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new biz initiatives
