Position Summary
Contractor - Remote
Work you'll do
The work you’ll do as a contractor under a Deloitte project team includes:
- Develop, edit and/or maintain web pages and sites on Deloitte.com to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness, and alignment with overall campaign objective
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success
- Support delivering Deloitte’s story to a variety of stakeholders through multiple communication channels and thought leadership initiatives as defined by our corporate communications strategy
- Provide input on recommended approaches to page design and user experience
- Ensure alignment with all Deloitte.com, social, or email publishing standards and perform quality check reviews for all digital components
- Publish or schedule social media and email distributions and support site audits
- Utilize multiple content management tools for digital publishing, marketing automation systems (i.e., Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, Sprinkler) and project management tools (i.e., Workfront)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/4-year University degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of experience as a web developer, including experience with related programming libraries and frameworks, and a familiarity with software repositories and other technical collaboration tools; technical product and project management experience delivering best-in-class digital media experiences, preferably as part of a team designing, developing, and managing external business websites.
- Experience effectively managing projects by developing work plans, obtaining approvals, estimating, and tracking resource requirements, and communicating with stakeholders
- Proven track record with complex teams and/or organizations, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and virtual teams
- Must be proficient with Eloqua, Sprinklr, & Workfront.
- Knowledge of modern web practices, including best practices around user experience, usability, browser testing and support, and SEO.
- Familiarity with personalization and A/B testing.
- The ability to be a voice for the user in delivering an experience that contributes to the success of the site, relying heavily on influence over authority to deliver results.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools, including Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Experience developing data visualization graphics and interactive content using tools
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrate a collaborative and proactive "can-do" mentality
- Ability to present ideas, provide rationale and make recommendations to leaders and their teams
- Agency experience preferred

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $55 to $70 per hour. The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
