  • Utilize call center software to investigate inquiries, respond to customer needs, and update necessary records.
  • Adhere to performance benchmarks and quality standards to meet and exceed organizational expectations.


Required Skills


  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
  • Proficient data entry skills, with a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with call center software and the ability to navigate various systems efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.


Qualifications


  • Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Houston, TX.
  • A dedicated and quiet home office setup with high-speed internet access is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is essential.
  • A high school diploma or GED is necessary for this position.
